101 Dalmatians Cookies by Flippin' Good Cookies - Jacksonville.

Luckily I didn’t have to bake 101 of these 101 Dalmatian cookies, otherwise I would have been seeing spots!  This cookie special order was from a Jacksonville teacher who wanted to thank her students for all their recent hard work. Since one of her favorite movies is 101 Dalmatians, what better way to add a personal touch than these custom black and white bone-shaped cookies!

Cookie Gives its Life for a Child’s Smile!

Cookie Lollipop by Flippin Good Cookies - Jacksonville

I’d like to think that this cookie gave its life for a worthy cause!
There’s no doubt that baking cookies is a way of life for me; but with that being said, it’s nice to take a step back from the business-side of things every now and then!
Just recently I baked these special lollipop cookies especially for my granddaughter. I would like to point out that I didn’t intend for them to match her outfit, but what can I say, it must have Grandma’s sixth sense!

The great thing about lollipop cookies is that the stick makes them extra-easy to handle for kids, with the added bonus of no sticky hands! Also, since I only use all natural ingredients and no preservatives, they’re a great alterative from other sweet treats, and are sure to be a sure hit with your little ones (as the smile on my granddaughter will testify)!

The pilgrims used to send confections, such as sugar wafers, marzipan, and sugar plums, to their affianced. High value was placed on these gifts because they included what was then a rare product, sugar. After the late 1800′s, beet sugar became widely used and more available, and sweet gifts continued to be cherished and enjoyed.
